Our client, is an industry leading FM service provider. They are looking to hire a maintenance electrician to work on a mobile basis in Wiltshire on a commercial contract they hold in the area.
The sites are all commercial and include offices, libraries, schools and leisure centres, amongst other commercial environments.
As the maintenance electrician you will be electrically qualified, with your City & Guilds/ NVQ Level 3, your 17th/ 18th Edition, alongside a proven track record of working in commercial building services.
Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting, changing lamps, ballasts, starters, led, power, single and 3-phase, sockets, fault finding to panels, plant ppm’s on pumps, motors, basic maintenance on ahu’s and split systems, escorting sub-contractor, general paper work.
- Monday – Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Salary - up to £32,000
- Call out rota

You will also need to be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
