Multi Skilled Building Fabric Engineer

Working for one of the South West leading Building Maintenance / Facilities Management companies. As a company they help to maintain small to large sized commercial buildings around the South West and South Wales areas.
Due to continued expansion they are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Building Fabric Engineer based in Bridge end to help keep large commercial retail buildings in good shape by carrying out planned and responsive buildings fabrication maintenance.
Some of the day to day duties including hanging doors (and Fire Doors), Plumbing, Flooring and Painting & Decorating.
This is a mobile role, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, with of overtime available, also comes with a company vehicle, phone and excellent perm package.
You may to have one or more:
- C&G or NVQ Carpentry / Joinery
- C&G Plumbing & Heating
- Any other NVQ’s or C&G’s within the trade industry
- Building Maintenance experience in a similar role
