We are recruiting for an electrically bias shift engineer to work within a prestigious government site in Central London.
This requires government security clearance and working days only shift - 4 on 4 off.
Your main duties will be to carry out PPM and reactive work, in accordance with set schedules and procedures, ensuring company policies are followed. To respond to call outs and breakdowns that occur on site associated with the electrical services of the contract as required. You may be required to undertake mechanical and fabric duties so must be competent within all aspects of building services.
Must have worked and be comfortable maintaining all of the following below:
- Fault-Finding and Rectifying on Single & Three Phase Power
- Emergency Lighting Testing
- Fire Alarm Testing
- Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPS)
- Pumps and motors
- Cooling towers
- Diesel Generators
- HV and LV Switch gear
- BMS (Building Management Systems)
- FCU'S (Fan Coil Units)
- AHU's (Air Handling Units)
Candidate Requirements:
- 17th Edition (Must have)
- Health and Safety Training.
- Experienced in electrical installation work, Plus testing and inspection.
- City & Guilds Electrical 2391 (Desirable)
- Supervisory Experience (Desirable)
