Assistant Property Manager / Duty Manager - Maidstone
Salary: £21000 to £25000 depending on experience
Reporting to Head of Operations
Could look at Full Time or Part Time applications
This is a great opportunity for a Team leader/ Supervisor / Duty Manager from a Hotel / Serviced Apartment background (or similar) to join this dynamic team. You will be in charge of the operations of properties based in Maidstone.
Key responsibilities:
- Guest check-in / check-out
- Coordinating Housekeeping and maintenance on property
- Act as an Ambassador for the group and as guest relation during their stay
- Constantly promoting great service, culture and vision of the company
- Ensure administrative tasks and procedures are followed.
- Ensure the following of health and safety regulation
- Carry on regular apartment visits to ensure quality of offering and service at all time
- Provide support to Senior Manager in the handling of guest comments
- Ad hoc projects as directed by the Senior Management to support growth of the business
The Experience & Qualifications required
- A first experience in hospitality as Front Office supervisor / Reception team leader / Assistant Manager (Reception) / Duty Manager
- Industry: Hotel / Serviced Apartment / Hostels / Student Accommodation
