Maintenance Electrician - Foot Mobile

Our client is an industry leading FM service provider. They are currently looking to recruit an electrically biased maintenance engineer to work on a foot mobile basis across +30 commercial office spaces in London’s zone 1. You will be joining an established team of multi-discipline engineers.
Their client is an innovative workspace provider who are expanding. All are modern shared office spaces that house a range of tenants, from start-up companies to large established businesses. Each building has its own unique feel depending on its location.
You will have an electrical background with City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent and a proven track record in a similar role.
You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing typical commercial M&E kit that includes: AHU, FCU, Splits, Emergency Light Testing, Fire Alarm Test, Lamping, changing ballasts, fault-finding back to panel, fabric repairs and general building maintenance.
