Assistant Maintenance Manager
Based at a leading Healthcare Facility.
The Client
Our Client are recognised as leaders in providing Facilities Management and Engineering Services with an enviable list of clienteles particularly within the Health and Life Sciences Sector.
Due to a hugely succesfull 2018 and strategic restructuring they now seek an Assistant Maintenance Manager for a prestigious Healthcare Facility in the West Midlands
The Role
Based at a prestigious healthcare facility, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of all water management systems and associated compliance documentation in line with HTM's and L8.
You will also be responsible for the creation and upkeep of Water Management Procedures, log books and manuals, ensuring maintenance records and documentation are up to date.
The successful candidate will also help assist the management team to deliver maintenance of building fabric and engineering services giving this role a more rounded feel.
The Person
- Excellent knowledge of Water Systems and Water Treatment in a healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety.
- City and Guild or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Experience of Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent people skills
The Opportunity
An excellent stepping stone into management, the roles pays up to £35,000 plus a generous benefits package.
