Assisting our facilities department with planned preventative and reactive maintenance at a wide range of locations, you will enjoy involvement in everything from track repairs to minor building work. At the same time, you will oversee contractors, compile documentation and undertake safety testing and audits, so you will need excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and a high standard of computer literacy. Most importantly, you should be experienced in general building maintenance and trained to NVQ2 level – and you will bring an enthusiastic and flexible approach to everything you do.
