Commercial Drainage Engineer – Multiple Sites (M25 Corridor)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Drainage Engineer to join our expanding team, supporting a portfolio of commercial properties across the M25 corridor. Key Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and survey commercial drainage systems to identify blockages, leaks, structural defects, and performance issues
Carry out and oversee drainage installation, repair, and planned/reactive maintenance works across commercial sites
Ensure all drainage systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and statutory regulations
Produce technical reports, specifications, and recommendations for remedial works, upgrades, and asset improvements
Collaborate with facilities managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and to commercial standards
Implement preventative maintenance strategies to minimise flooding, water ingress, and business disruption
Apply sustainable drainage solutions where appropriate, supporting environmental and ESG objectives
Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety legislation, RAMS, and site-specific compliance requirements
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in commercial drainage engineering or a closely related discipline
Strong technical knowledge of commercial drainage systems, materials, and installation methods
Ability to work independently across multiple sites, managing workload and priorities effectively
Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach when liaising with site teams and stakeholders
