We are seeking an experienced Drainage Engineer to join our growing team, working across multiple sites within the M25 corridor. Key Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and assess drainage systems to identify blockages, defects, leaks, or failures.
Carry out and oversee drainage installation, repair, and maintenance works to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant systems.
Prepare technical reports and specifications, providing clear recommendations for repairs, upgrades, or system improvements.
Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and to specification.
Implement preventative measures to reduce the risk of flooding and waterlogging.
Apply sustainable drainage solutions, including rainwater harvesting and green infrastructure, to minimise environmental impact.
Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety legislation and relevant industry standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in drainage engineering or a closely related role.
Strong technical knowledge of drainage systems, materials, and installation methodologies.
Ability to work independently, managing multiple sites efficiently and effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach when dealing with clients and contractors.
